Coaching Teams
Teams will only open up and change their way of work for the better when the environment in which they work feels safe and there is clarity on where we as an organization are going. We provide the tools and the experience on how to do that.
The way we do that is by temporarily filling in the role of either the Scrum Master, Product Owner or Release Train Engineer (when the SAFe framework is used) or coach those roles on how to improve team performance.
